I finally gave in and decided to buy SEGA AGES Vol.24 LAST BRONX for
Playstation 2. It is a literal port of the arcade game to PS2 really
with some other gameplay modes like VS MODE, SURVIVAL MODE, TIME ATTACK
MODE, REPLAY MODE (you have the option to record your own matches and
watch them again, and mess around with the camera whilst watching),
and there is a very nice art gallery where you can look at character
design artwork, CG models and merchandise imagery (not all Last Bronx
images are there). You get comedy weapons for the characters by just
highlighting the character you want to play as, press start (or was
it select?) 13 times before you select the character, and the bonus/brilliant
room is still there. But that's pretty much all there is to it really.
No stuff from the Sega Saturn bonus disk, TRAINING MODE, anime opening
or anime endings, which is a shame really. =/
Still if you don't own a SEGA SATURN and want to play LAST BRONX, or
you're a major LB fanatic than purchase the PS2 version of the game.
In comparison to the SEGA SATURN version, there isn't much replay value.

MISC NEWS: Wow!
It's been a while since I last updated! ^^
Thanks for all who have signed the guestbook. Sorry if I didn't get
in contact with any of you, but I was thinking of making a messageboard
for the site where we can all get in contact, request stuff, etc! ^^
Hopefully I get it set up soon (or after I get everything done for Uni...
^^;).

MISC NEWS: Completed my radio drama collection! Lisa is just so
entertaining. XD Seems like the drama is all set before the actual tournament
by RED DRUM, and how all the character are drawn to the tournament.
The gag audio tracks are a bit annoy imo (though I did laugh at some.),
and there are some neat character interview tracks too. =3 Really helps
give insight to the characters and their relationship to each other.
"Jaggy Love" single... It seems D'Secret was only famous for
making that song and nothing else. =P To be honest, they aren't really
great singers (you'll notice this when you listen to "Kaze no Street").
Last Bronx Live Action movie. Gah... where to begin. It sucks. -_- The
CG is terrible, and the first half hour was used up on introducing each
character, they get an invitation to the tournament, each throws away
the letter, each got beat up. What's even weird is that everything is
set in the future. O_o; No character development at all! I guess the
only good thing about the movie is the fighting during the tournament,
since each actor seems to be more skilled with their weapons than they
are with their acting. =P But seriously, avoid this movie unless you're
just there for the fighting.
